The place is exceptional, the staff are super friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable, 3 km from Clarehall Shopping Centre. And it's close to restaurants and eateries. The room is good sized and essentials you need, including an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV, is right there.

We had a nightmare with valet almost getting our car towed! The staff promised a refund for the valet, but never delivered. Plus, the room wasn't ready for over an hour, and it was dirty. Super disappointing!

We appreciated our 2-nights stay. The service was friendly and the food was appetising! Amazing facilities and the pool was nice. The location was ideal for walking around Harrah's Casino New Orleans. Lovely restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

The room and facilities were comfortable and chic

There was a billing error that I tried to clarify with the staff but the staff/receptionists at registration were very confused and a bit confrontational. The hotel charged a $100 incidental fee to my credit card a month before I arrived at the hotel (which has accrued interest, etc.). This is a horrible policy (if it really is a policy) and I tried to explain to the manager on 3/24 when I arrived. She implied that I didn't know anything about 4 star hotels (which I do!) and was very condescending. When I checked out 3 days later, the receptionist couldn't print my bill and was also unapologetic for not being able to explain why I was charged an extra $100. Based on this experience, I will not recommend this hotel in New Orleans.

The room offered a comfortable bed and ample space, making mobility easy with my walker. I appreciated how the furnishings allowed me to maneuver without folding the walker. The air conditioning was effective but quite loud, making it hard to sleep with it on. The bathroom could use more attention; the vent was dirty, and I noticed some bugs. The location provided a great view from the 8th floor, but the morning noise from renovations was disruptive.
