Room cleanliness could use attention!!! !!! Elevators took forever with only two functioning at peak times!!! Poor communication regarding housekeeping services!!!

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, I experienced a delay during check-in, and the air conditioning in my room didn't work well, making my stay less comfortable than expected.

The room had a cozy corner with an armchair perfect for curling up with a book. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The hotel was centrally located, allowing us to easily walk to nearby attractions.

Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and could use updates.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the French Quarter. I loved the bike tours offered by the hotel. The bathroom smelled musty during my stay. Rooms were clean but not spacious enough for comfort.
